Mike Weis - PT, ATC, Director of Rehabilitation
Mike
received his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Medicine and
Dentistry with an undergraduate degree in Movement Science with a
concentration in Athletic Training from William Paterson University. He
is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the
National Athletic Trainers Association and Eastern Athletic Trainers
Association.
Mike has run in the New York City Marathon in 2006
and 2007 and in conjunction, has raised funds in support of pediatric
cancer research through The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Center. In
addition, Mike devotes much of his time to the recreational youth
activities in his hometown, including Little League and travel soccer.
Mike founded MCRC Physical Therapy in May 2000.

Rebecca Konstandt – PT
Rebecca received her degree in
Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and has over 12 years of
physical therapy experience. Rebecca is also certified as an Athletic
Trainer. She has been a member of the MCRC team since 2005.
Her
specialties include the treatment of adolescents and sports related
injuries, and has taken a course of study in Pilates training. Rebecca
has volunteered her time by coaching youth soccer and instructing speed,
quickness and agility seminars through Pyramid Fitness Center. Rebecca
enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time outdoors with her
family.

Ryan Ramirez – PT
Ryan received his degree from Our Lady of Fatima. He has been a member of the MCRC team since 2003.
As
a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Ryan has studied
the treatment of sports related injuries and various aspects of manual
therapy. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys any type of outdoor activities
and spending time with his family.
